• Tuesday: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
• Friday: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Once registered, you will receive information about all available classes. You can attend the sessions that work with your schedule while completing your required classroom hours.

When you are submitting the registration form, you are confirming:

☐ I understand that I must complete 60 hours of approved classroom instruction and pass the school’s final examination to receive a course-completion certificate.

☐ I understand that I must be on time, remain for the complete class, and keep my face visible on camera to receive attendance credit.

☐ I understand that completing the course does not automatically issue a Connecticut real estate license. The state application, approval, licensing examination, fees, and any additional licensing requirements are separate.

Course tuition is $525 and includes complimentary e-books. Printed books may be purchased separately.

Students have up to one year from their registration date to complete the required 60 hours of virtual classroom instruction and pass the school’s final examination.

A student may request a refund of up to $400 within 24 hours after making a full or partial course payment. No other refunds are available.

If a student does not complete the course requirements within one year, the student must restart the course, pay the applicable new course fee, and purchase updated books if required.

Class schedules, instructors, tuition, policies, and state licensing requirements are subject to change. Students should confirm current information before registering.
