Do I need real estate experience?
No. This course is designed for people beginning their real estate education. We explain the concepts and terminology as you progress through the course.
Is the course approved by the State of Connecticut?
Yes. The 60-hour Real Estate Principles and Practices course is offered through a State of Connecticut-approved real estate pre-licensing school and meets the minimum educational requirements established by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Real Estate Commission.This course is not approved for appraisal license. Are the classes completely online?
Classes are conducted LIVE through Zoom. They are not self-paced or exclusively prerecorded. Students must attend and participate during scheduled class times.
Can I attend different class times?
Yes. Registered students receive access to the available sessions and may attend the classes that fit their schedules, subject to course sequencing, attendance policies, and class availability.
How soon can I start?
You may begin as soon as the next available class after completing your registration and payment arrangements.
How long do I have to finish?
Students have up to one year from the registration date to complete 60 hours of instruction and pass the school final examination.
How much does the course cost?
Tuition is $525 and includes complimentary e-books. Printed books are available separately.
Is a payment plan available?
Yes. Payment plans are available starting with $250 down. Contact us to arrange payment before attending your first class.
Are books included?
Complimentary e-books are included with tuition. Printed books may be purchased separately.
Do I need to keep my camera on?
Yes. To receive attendance credit, your face must remain visible on camera during class, just as if you were sitting in a physical classroom.
Do I automatically receive a license after completing the course?
No. Successfully completing the course provides the educational completion certificate required to move forward with the Connecticut salesperson application and examination process. State approval, passing the licensing examination, and completing all additional licensing requirements are separate steps.
Do you guarantee that I will pass the state examination?
No school can responsibly guarantee that every student will pass. Your results depend on attendance, participation, studying, preparation, and performance. We are committed to explaining the material clearly and helping you build a strong educational foundation.
Can I take the course just to learn about real estate?
Yes. Some students enroll to explore a possible career or gain knowledge that may help them better understand real estate transactions and investments.

Registration and Cancellation Policy
Registration is valid for one year from the student’s registration date. Students must complete 60 hours of virtual classroom instruction and pass the school’s final examination within that period to receive a course-completion certificate.
Students who do not complete the course within one year of their registration date must restart the classes, pay the applicable new course fee, and purchase updated books if required.
Students may request a refund of up to $400 within 24 hours after making a full or partial course payment. No other refunds are available.
Course schedules, instructors, policies, fees, and licensing requirements are subject to change. Students should confirm current information before registering.
